It's not hard to imagine Trace Adkins being a bit wild in his younger years. The singer said that his most memorable July 4th happened when he was a teenager and he managed to get into a bit of trouble. ["Oh my God! I set the pasture on fire behind the house. I shot a bottle rocket out in the backyard and it landed in the pasture way back, and we just kept shootin' bottle rockets and then we happened to notice that the whole pasture was on fire. It was real dry. I'll never forget that. I was like 14 (or) something like that."]

Mindy McCready was back in a Williamson County, Tennessee jail on Monday (June 23rd) after being arrested for probation violation. The singer allegedly falsified information on her community service report. McCready turned herself in to the County Sheriff on Monday evening but posted bail two hours later.
  • McCready was last sentenced to jail in September for violating probation from a 2004 drug arrest. The singer is currently serving two years of probation.

Tim McGraw came to the rescue of a fan during his concert on Tuesday (June 24th) in Auburn, Washington. The singer noticed that a belligerent male fan was pushing his way to the front, hitting a woman along the way. McGraw reached into the crowd and literally pulled the heavy-set offender up onto the stage with some help from his nearby crew. Once the man was onstage, McGraw cocked his fist back as if he was going to hit the man, who was reportedly intoxicated. Security stepped in and dragged the man offstage, throwing him out of the venue.
  • McGraw immediately turned back to the microphone and finished his performance of "Indian Outlaw."
  • The incident was captured by fans and posted on youtube.com.
  • The superstar's Live Your Voice tour continues on in Salt Lake City on Friday (June 27th).
